SEO & AI Search Intern (SEO / GEO / AEO)
1. About the Role#
This is a full-time, remote internship role.
As an SEO & AI Search Intern, you will help Atomity become easier to discover when technical and business buyers research cloud cost, multi-cloud infrastructure, workload placement, governance, compliance and digital sovereignty.
The role combines traditional SEO with the emerging world of AI-assisted search and answer engines. You will work on technical SEO, search intent, content architecture, structured data, analytics and experiments that improve how Atomity is discovered in both conventional search results and generative search experiences. This is not a content-volume role. The focus is on technically credible, useful and measurable organic growth.
2. What You Will Work On#
- Research search demand and buyer intent around multi-cloud, FinOps, cloud cost, workload placement, cloud governance, sovereign cloud and related infrastructure topics.
- Build keyword, topic and intent maps for Atomity’s target audiences.
- Turn recurring customer questions and product capabilities into high-value landing pages, technical explainers, comparison pages and use-case content.
- Improve on-page SEO including titles, headings, metadata, internal linking and content structure.
- Work with developers on crawlability, indexation, canonicalisation, sitemaps, robots directives and site architecture.
- Audit Core Web Vitals, page performance and technical issues that can affect organic visibility.
- Implement and validate relevant structured data and schema markup.
- Optimise content for AI-driven search by making key entities, claims, definitions, comparisons and supporting evidence clear and easy to understand.
- Create original, sourceable content from Atomity’s product knowledge, research, experiments and founder expertise rather than generic AI-generated articles.
- Monitor how Atomity appears in Google Search, generative search features and other AI-assisted discovery surfaces where measurement is available.
- Track impressions, clicks, queries, landing pages and generative-search visibility through Google Search Console.
- Use web analytics to understand which organic visitors engage, convert and move deeper into the website.
- Create dashboards and regular reports connecting search visibility with meaningful product or GTM outcomes.
- Run SEO and content experiments, document hypotheses and measure results.
- Identify content gaps by analysing competitors, search results and buyer questions.
- Support credible authority-building through research, partnerships, references, digital PR and useful resources rather than artificial link-building.
- Work with the founders and product team so published content accurately reflects Atomity’s technology and market position.
- Evaluate emerging GEO/AEO practices critically and distinguish repeatable evidence from short-lived optimisation tactics.
